Mix all the spices together. Add them in a bowl with the ground beef and lamb but keep a teaspoon of the spices for later. Add parsley, onion, garlic, salt and 5-6 tablespoons olive oil. Mash the mixture together with your hands, leave it in the fridge for an hour and then shape the mixture. Bake them on grill for 10-12 minutes. Also, bake the peppers for 30 minutes. Then, cover the peppers while still hot and then you can remove the skin. Slice them and mix them with 3-4 tablespoons olive oil, 2 tablespoons vinegar and a little salt. Mix the yogurt with the remaining mixed spices, 3 tablespoons of olive oil and a little salt. Serve with peppers and yogurt.
