The rabbit is already cut by the butcher.
Wash the rabbit portions well. Transfer to a pot and cover with olive oil. Add salt, pepper and allow to heat into the oil for about half an hour or 54 minutes.
When it is ready, transfer ¾ of the olive to a pan.*
Pour the lemon juice into the rabbit, add oregano and let it get hot. Remove the pot from heat and bon appetite!!
You can use the oil from the rabbit to fry potatoes. Serve the rabbit with the fries.
